BPA Bridging Amplifiers

The BPA amplifiers are primarily designed for integration into Commercial PA applications and thanks to its flexibility, it is fully fault monitored for early warning of failure & ease of maintenance.

The BPA amplifiers are 2U, 19" rack-mountable, 2-channel amplifiers. Transformer isolated for 100V, 50V and 8 Ohm distributed loudspeaker systems.

The BPA Amplifiers comprise of three models:

Each channel can be paralleled or bridged to provide a single channel output with double the power.

The BPA can be powered by either a 230VAC mains supply or 48VDC supply able to support a battery back-up system for use in the event of mains failure.

BPA amplifiers have short-to-ground, short-circuit; overload and temperature overheat protection including line-impedance surveillance with a maximum of 5% deviation using the IDA8 or DIVA8 systems for loudspeaker-line surveillance. They support both single spur and redundant loop (A/B) cabling.
