The RCS range of ceiling loudspeakers has been carefully designed to satisfy the most critical eye being stylish yet unobtrusive. Made from a pressed steel epoxy coated chassis incorporating a twin cone driver, which has a wider frequency range than the standard single cone, this makes the RCS range more suitable for use in applications where background music is a primary requirement. In compliance with BS5839 part8, the "FTS" versions incorporate a ceramic terminal and thermal fuse and are, therefore, suitable for use in voice alarm applications.
The RCS5/FTSL has all of the above with the addition of an LED strobe bringing sound & light together to form a single unit combining both the requirements for voice alarm and visual indication in one unified package.
The creation of a high quality loudspeaker combined with a 24v, high intensity LED beacon, drawing a mere 6.3mA gives you the ability to "Talk Flash" as much as you like.
